Dadivo José Litsecuane Combane is a teacher and specialist in research and community mobilisation issues through artistic and cultural skills. He has been involved in community mobilisation projects since 1994. He holds a postgraduate degree in Drama from the University of the Witwatersrand (Johannesburg, South Africa), he has already finished the curricular part of his masters degree in Higher Education and Development at the Universities of Maputo (UEM) and Oslo, Norway.

As a high school teacher in contact with education problems, he endeavored to set up a theatrical group to use as an intervention force.  He is currently a lecturer in the School of Communication and Arts at Eduardo Mondlane University, teaching African and Mozambican Theater History, Movement, Theater and Drama for Development, Theater and Drama in Education, Contemporary history of Africa and development and management of community projects.

Throughout his 25-year career he has been involved in various activities, training groups, consulting work for organizations, events production, and promoting community education through the dramatic arts. His work in production of dramatic texts, staging, choreography, theatrical performance and musical direction, and has published a manual on educational theater.

 

Upcoming maintenance work

Until this date, the deadlines and criteria outlined in the current guidelines and calls for applications apply. New applications can be created and submitted in the application portal as of 8 January 2024.
